The hotels architecture reflects the pre-Ottoman, Seljuk style with 157 luxurious rooms and 18 private villas. While guest rooms and suites offer golf course or unhindered Mediterranean views, the villas are set by an artificial lake in the midst of The Sultan golf course and feature private swimming pools. All accommodations are equipped with the latest hotel room technology and feature marble bathrooms with separate bathtub and shower, minibar, minisafe, wireless internet access, wooden floors in the bedroom, flat screen TVs and private balconies. The villas comprise of 16 two-bedroom golf villas plus 2 three-bedroom Royal villas located on the grounds of The Sultan Course. The Dome Spa which embraces one of the largest Spa and Thalasso facilities in the area, 2 World known golf courses for the golf lovers, a beautiful sandy beach and clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea, World of outdoor pools and an outdoor Jacuzzi, 3 Tennis courts, Water sports activities and Kids Club. The hotel features a vast outdoor swimming pool consisting of connecting lagoons. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool for the winter season in addition to the heated indoor pool. A separate children pool is available. The outdoor pools are located at the sea front of the hotel steps away from the beach.
